Great stay with some bumps

Spent 3 nights here for a hockey tournament. The staff was super friendly and the location was spot on, right near shopping and food. The room was clean, but the HVAC was a bit of a mess—it was too hot in December! Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced, and the food credit was a nice bonus.

I had a wonderful time during my stay, especially being just a short stroll from Portillo's Restaurant for delicious Italian beef sandwiches and less than 3 km from the serene Mayslake Peabody Mansion where I enjoyed a leisurely walk through its picturesque grounds. the hotel provided a cozy base for exploring the charming Oak Brook area, perfect for anyone who loves city sightseeing.

Comfortable room, convenient location, the free shuttle service made exploring the area easy and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of delicious options.

The air conditioning did not work properly.

Loved the comfy beds and the spacious pool area! After a long day, unwinding in the hot tub and hitting the gym was just what I needed. A tad noisy with the traffic outside, but overall, it didn’t ruin my vibe. 😊

Excellent hotel with free wifi, a great fitness centre, and free parking. The staff once helped me with printing, which I’ll never forget. Highly recommend for a great stay! I'll be back for a romantic escape.

The location is awesome, right by shopping and dining spots. The room was clean with a flat-screen TV, fridge, and shower. The fitness center had plenty of equipment. Enjoyed the complimentary cookies at check-in. Staff was super helpful and friendly throughout. Loved the clean common areas too.

Great conference facilities and helpful staff

I had a pleasant stay, especially enjoying the well-equipped conference facilities which were perfect for my needs. The staff were incredibly helpful, making my experience smooth and enjoyable. However, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly at times, which could be improved for future visits.
